Indranil graduates with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (B.V.A.) from the Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata University.

2000: Max Mueller Bhavan Exhibition
Indranil holds his first solo exhibition at the Goethe Institute in Kolkata, being recognized as the Artist of the Month.
